At Gymtastiks of Moose Jaw, we offer a unique combination of fitness and fun for your child's next birthday party. Our packages include plenty of exercise, games and activities to keep everyone entertained. Book your birthday party with us and give your child a memorable, active and healthy celebration! Parties run on Saturdays September to June at 1:30 pm, and 3:30 pm for ages 4 years and older. One hour in the gym with a coach and 30 minutes in the lobby area for food and presents. 1 - 10 children (including birthday child) **ABSOLUTELY NO PEANUT/NUTS/SESAME SEED PRODUCTS** **PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY!! What do I need to Know? - Ask your guests to arrive 5 minutes prior to start time and bring a water bottle. - Children must sanitize their hands when entering and exiting the gym. - All must wash hands with warm soapy water after using the bathroom. - Children should be in shorts, track pants, and t-shirt and SOCKS in the gym. - Long hair should be tied back. - No chewing gum in the gym. - Jewelry should be removed. - Children must wait for a coach before entering the gym. - Children may not go back into the gym after their 1-hour instructional time. - Parents of the birthday party child are welcome to take photographs or video, however, all outdoor footwear to be removed and socks must be worn. - Siblings joining the party are counted as guests regardless of age. - Siblings not participating should remain outside of the gym or behind the white fence. - Parents must accompany any child aged 3 & under. - If your party should go overtime, you will be charged $20 for each 15 minutes over the allotted 1 1/2-hour time slot. Cancellation policy: 2 weeks’ notice full refund, 1 week notice 50% and less than 1 week NO refund.
